The upcoming Manufacturing Expo 2026 is poised to be a pivotal event for Thailand’s industrial sector, showcasing cutting-edge innovations and fostering advancements across a multitude of manufacturing disciplines. Scheduled from June 17-20, 2026, at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC), the expo will unite over 2,000 brands from 30 countries, featuring 29 international pavilions. The event, spanning over 45,000 square meters across Halls 98-104, will operate under the theme “Innovations that Define All Industries.”
A Hub for Industrial Innovation
Mrs. Varaporn Dhamcharee, Managing Director of RX BITEC (Thailand) Co., Ltd., highlighted the theme’s significance, stating, “We selected this theme because innovation is what our participants told us they are looking for.” Last year’s attendance reflected a strong industry presence, with approximately 30% of visitors being factory owners and senior executives, complemented by 29% management-level professionals and 41% comprising engineers, procurement teams, R&D personnel, QC teams, IT professionals, and other operational functions. Attendees traveled from 37 provinces across Thailand and 86 countries, representing a diverse global reach and a wide array of industries including automotive, electronics, medical devices, food and beverage, aerospace, packaging, and construction, among others.
Specialized Exhibitions Under One Roof
The expo will feature seven specialized exhibitions running concurrently:
- InterPlas Thailand: Focusing on plastics manufacturing, this segment saw significant interest in plastic injection machinery, raw materials (particularly eco-friendly options), and packaging production machinery.
- Automotive Manufacturing: This area highlighted advancements in automotive electronics, manufacturing machinery, and design software.
- NEPCON Thailand: Dedicated to electronics manufacturing, visitors expressed strong interest in component design tools, SMT technologies, inspection and measurement systems, and PCB technologies. Mrs. Varaporn noted a substantial 91% increase in exhibitors related to PCB technologies this year.
- InterMold Thailand: This exhibition addresses the critical need for mold and die manufacturing, showcasing machinery, tooling solutions, design software, and 3D printing innovations.
- Surface & Coatings: This segment emphasizes surface preparation, coating, and finishing processes that enhance product durability and functionality, with particular interest in coating materials, equipment, and preparation technologies.
- Assembly & Automation Technology: Here, the focus is on improving manufacturing efficiency through assembly technology, industrial robots, and advanced electrical and control systems.
- FacTech: This exhibition addresses factory and facility management, with visitors showing keen interest in energy management systems, IT solutions, and construction and maintenance technologies, crucial for sustainable and digitally managed operations.
Global Collaboration and Technological Showcases
Manufacturing Expo 2026 will present innovations from over 2,000 brands, including a significant international presence from China, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and Taiwan. Through a collaboration with AMTS, organized by RX in China, the expo will also feature leading automotive parts manufacturing technology providers from Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, and China, offering Thai entrepreneurs access to world-class solutions.

- InterPlas Thailand: The precisionMolding (500–3,200 kN) all-electric plastic injection molding machine from KraussMaffei Machinery (China), featuring MuCell Micro-Foaming Technology for weight reduction and energy efficiency, suitable for medical devices and electronics.
- InterMold Thailand: SODICK (THAILAND) will exhibit its Wire-cut EDM AL i Groove+ Edition series, promising up to 50% energy savings and 20% productivity increase.
