Authorities have apprehended two French nationals in Bangkok’s Asok district, both of whom were sought by international law enforcement agencies. The men, identified as Abdulrahim, approximately 35 years old, and Mustafa, 33, are the subjects of arrest warrants issued by French authorities.
Interpol Red Notice Issued
Sources indicate that Abdulrahim is specifically listed on an Interpol Red Notice. The charges against him include the illegal importation and distribution of narcotics, involvement in a transnational criminal organization, and money laundering.
Joint Operation Leads to Arrest
Following intelligence that the pair had relocated to a condominium in the Asok area, a specialized operations team was deployed. Given that both individuals were wanted internationally and were considered prohibited persons under Thai immigration law, their swift apprehension was deemed necessary. The operation successfully took the suspects into custody.
