The proceedings are slated to begin at 10:09 AM with a traditional ceremony to honor the sacred shrines located within City Hall. Following this, Governor Chadchart will formally assume his responsibilities by presenting his election certificate to the city clerk, Narong Ruangsri. The clerk will then officially sign the document, completing the transfer of gubernatorial authority.

Post-ceremony, Governor Chadchart and his newly appointed executive team are expected to convene with the city clerk and senior officials from the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA).
