The Thai government is organizing a forum titled “Entrepreneurs Speak, Government Listens” to gather private-sector insights and propel economic growth collaboratively.
This initiative marks the inaugural formal platform enabling direct dialogue between officials and business representatives.
Government spokesperson Rachada highlighted the partnership focus, noting that the administration aims to collaborate closely with enterprises to advance the economy. “The government wants to listen to voices from every sector, and the private sector is a key force in helping achieve economic goals,” she stated.
Direct Engagement with Leaders
Business leaders will deliver proposals straight to Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul and key ministers during the session.
Prominent Attendees and Sectors
Major corporations including Charoen Pokphand Group, Betagro, Thai Beverage, Gulf Development, Bangchak Corporation, Saha Pathanapibul, and Central Group plan to participate.
Delegates from 10 vital sectors—financial services, agriculture and food, automotive, energy, construction and real estate, healthcare, hotels and tourism, retail and consumer goods, plus technology—will join the discussions.
Key Organizations Involved
Participating groups encompass the Joint Standing Committee on Commerce, Industry and Banking, Thai Chamber of Commerce, Federation of Thai Industries, Thai Bankers’ Association, and Federation of Thai SMEs.
